Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sage and Fawn PTE. LTD. (“Sage and Fawn). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments

  • All appointments are subject to availability.
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

2. Payment

  • We accept cash, paynow, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified in the salon.
  • Full payment is required at the time of service.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Services rendered cannot be refunded. If you are dissatisfied, please speak to our management team, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
  • Please inspect your items upon collection for any defects or damages. If you find any product to be expired, missing, incorrect, or damaged after receiving your order, you must report it to our store staff at the time of collection. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the company’s approval. Sage and Fawn reserves the right to deny any exchange or refund for products that have been opened or used. We will not be held responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses incurred as a result.

4. Health and Safety
At Sage and Fawn, the health and safety of our customers and staff are our top priority. We kindly request that you refrain from visiting the salon if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness. For the safety of everyone, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer showing signs of illness.

Please do not visit the salon if:

  • You are feeling unwell or have symptoms such as fever, cough, or respiratory issues.
  • You have traveled to high-risk areas, including Africa, within the last 14 days.
  • You are experiencing any respiratory illnesses, unless you have fully recovered.
  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

5. Age Restrictions

  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for certain treatments.

6. Privacy

  • All personal information provided to Sage and Fawn will be kept confidential and will only be used to provide services, process payments, and manage appointments.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons such as inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with policies, or health and safety concerns.

8. Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
  • Vouchers are subject to expiration dates and cannot be redeemed after the expiry.

9. Promotions and Offers

  • Any promotions, discounts, or offers cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
  • Sage and Fawn reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Sage and Fawn reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

 

SF Community Terms and Conditions

1. Program Enrollment

  • Eligibility: To qualify for the Community Program, you must make a qualifying purchase that meets or exceeds the tier entry requirement.
  • Enrollment: Enrollment is automatic once the spending requirement is met, and you will be notified of your tier status via email or in-store.

2. Rewards and Benefits

  • Credits: Credits are available for use once the package is purchased and must be redeemed within 12 months from the issuance date. Credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including birthday month discounts.
  • Skin Analysis Sessions: Complimentary sessions are only available during your current tier and cannot be carried over or transferred.
  • Birthday Treats: Birthday discounts are applicable during the birthday month and require proof of identity of the primary member of the package. Only primary user of the package can redeem birthday discounts.
  • Priority Booking: Access to preferred appointment slots is subject to availability and may require advance notice.

3. Membership Transfer

Transferability: Membership can be shared and transferred to others. To transfer, both parties must be present at the time of transfer.

4. Membership Duration

  • Duration: Membership lasts for 12 months from the date of qualification.
  • Renewal: Membership is not automatically renewed. To continue receiving benefits, a new qualification period must be met after the initial 12 months.
  • Upgrade: If you upgrade during that time, a new cycle starts from the upgrade date, extending your benefits for another 12 months. This new cycle’s end is your tier expiry date.

5. Program Changes

  • Modifications: Sage and Fawn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Community Program and its benefits at any time without prior notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: Memberships are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the spending requirement has been met.
  • Refunds: Any credits issued cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: By participating in the Community Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with Sage and Fawn’s Privacy Policy.

 

SF Referral Rewards Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility: Referrer must be an existing client of the salon. New clients must sign up as a member of the SF Community for the referrer to earn their reward.
  • Credit Application: Referrer’s credit is applied to their membership account once the new client’s purchase is confirmed.
    Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Validity: Rewards are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
  • Program Changes: The salon reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time.
